Last week, Ruth Williams, CEO & President of Community Initiatives, presented “The Fundamentals of Fiscal Sponsorship” in a Town Hall held by the Montana Nonprofit Association (MNA).

During the presentation, Ruth defined nonprofit fiscal sponsorship and shared information about the work Community Initiatives focuses on in the field. Additionally, she discussed about what types of organizations benefit from becoming fiscally sponsored, the differences between different fiscal sponsorship models, the eight things to think about when choosing a fiscal sponsor, and how foundations can use fiscal sponsors. The recording includes an introduction by Shelby Rogala of the MNA.
