I am pleased to announce the exciting launch of Community Initiative’s refreshed brand and website! I invite you to take a tour to get to know us, again.

Our dynamic new project page showcases the incredible diversity of our community. The approximately 90 projects can easily be sorted by topic area to help network members identify their peers. In our ongoing “Leader Voices” series we have six incredible project director interviews. You can read a case study for a project that literally went up in flames—and survived.

Now with a team of 17, we have more resources than ever for our network. Visit the team page to get to know the nonprofit professionals who support you every day.

In addition to our staff, a deep bench of consulting experts assist the entire Community Initiatives network. They include Rise Above Social Strategies and Red Earth Design, Inc. who orchestrated the design and development of our new external face. Get to know the many companies and individuals we partner with to aid and protect your great ideas.

For current and prospective community members the depth and breadth of the services we provide is now clearly outlined. We have developed extensive FAQs to help everyone understand the ins and outs of fiscal sponsorship with Community Initiatives.

We are ready to expand further and we have streamlined the initial application with a simple inquiry web form. If you know of anyone interested in becoming a fiscally sponsored project with Community Initiatives, they can learn about the entire process here.

You may notice that the Community Initiatives logo received a facelift, too. Our new logo reinforces our commitment to be “in service to great ideas.” The circle represents our interconnected community, and the off center name represents our momentum into the future. It is an exciting future that we look forward to sharing with you!
